Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for purchase directly through me. They are valid for one year from the date of issue. Please contact me if you would like to purchase a gift certificate.

Cancellation Policy

• First cancelled appointment within 24 hours: No charge
• Second cancelled appointment within 24 hours: 50% charge of appointment
• Third (and onwards) cancelled appointment within 24 hours: 100% charge of appointment

Note: All no shows without notice are charged 100% of the appointment

*Please note that insurance receipts are not provided for missed appointments and cannot be submitted for reimbursement. Payment for no shows or cancellations is required prior to booking your next appointment.
